Mondo. Per Breivik “crimini contro l’umanità”
La polizia norvegese pensa di invocare una nuova disposizione del codice penale per “crimini contro l’umanità ” nei confronti di Anders Behring Breivik, che ha ammesso di essere l’autore della strage di venerdì scorso a Oslo.
Lo riferisce il procuratore citato da un giornale locale. Introdotta nel codice penale norvegese nel 2008, la norma sui crimini contro l’umanità prevede una pena massima di 30 anni di reclusione. Solo in questo modo il folle potrebbe prendere più di 21 anni di reclusione.
Citato in forma indiretta dal giornale Aftenposten, il procuratore Christian Hatlo ha sottolineato che il ricorso a tale norma è al momento solo un’eventualità. Finora la polizia ha fatto riferimento ad “atti di terrorismo” che prevedono una pena massima di 21 anni.
